We, as parents, know that when the whole family is invited home it’s really all about the grandkids. Yeah, our parents will allow us to get in a picture or two, but the instructions to the photographer are always “I really want to focus on us with the grandkids.” Yeah, we get it. And I love how the grandkids played right along with one of my favorite families ever. I love you guys. Your heart, your soul, your laughter and banter. I love being around you, with you, because I’m just so dog-gone blessed by you!
So excited to welcome my new baby twin cousins…..third cousins I think…..kids of my cousins, right? Our family is exploding exponentially so it’s hard to keep track of the formal ranking. Britt & Lane, big and healthy boys. I just can’t wait to see what kind of trouble the two of you find to get into with that firecracker sister of yours. Congrats big sister Hannah!
Well hello there early bird! Oh precious one, you gave us a bit of a scare. So thankful God made you a strong feisty one! It’s fun to see how your Mama and Daddy fuss over your details, his rugged huntingness and her frills and nail polish. What a perfect addition you are to the family. Welcome baby Riggin!
I love how this beautiful mama loves to show off her beautiful baby-filled belly. My ranks of extended family continue to grow as cousins Marc and Kylea keep adding to their troops! In fact, I’m posting this from last winter, and looking at my calendar to schedule their next maternity shoot. Woot woot! For those who love to be pregnant….please, go have many babies for those of us who looked like whales the entire time we were pregnant and felt like we had the flu for 9 months. Kylea, you are stunning. Beautiful in all seasons.
Sweet mama, what tender hopeful love you have for your boys. Thank you for welcoming me into your life to help tell your story. May these images bless you and your amazing sons for generations to come.
I’ve enjoyed capturing Erin’s more sophisticated and somber side in themed shoots I’ve done for my cousin’s engineering firm. So it was fun for me to see the more family mom side of her, the one that just couldn’t get the sassy sophisticated side to show with an audience of hubby and kids watching! A beautiful team they’ve pulled together there, with lots of spunk in those two younger twins. Big brother definitely has his part in keeping them in line, all fun to watch from afar. It warms my heart to see the casual squishing love ooze out. You’re precious!
I just get tickled when I get to go out and play with friends. I love watching my girlfriend’s husband squirm as I ask him to display a little more public affection than he’s displayed in years, and I love watching how they all bust up laughing once mom gets done with her scolding that always ends with, “hey, shape up everyone, look happy.” Awww Mom. Thank you, beautiful Albright family, for such a fun fall afternoon. When the collections arrive, I’m going to love seeing how they smile up your walls!
Oh sweet baby Martin, welcome to our world. I can’t wait for you to see all that your Daddy is going to show you here! He is the proudest man around. Mama has her gentle hand on you and will help nurture you along the way, but I can tell your daddy is a swooper upper and has got some adventures planned for you! Welcome little man.
They’ve got a cute kid. And they know it. Problem is, how do I keep up with him? It’s called the “Toddler Hustle,” the dance photographers do to keep up with those between 1 and 3, trying any trick, song, sound, or sweet. Finally resorted to the big dandy lollipop for the big finale. I think we can all agree….with him on your wall it’s all pretty sweet!
What a pleasure to spend an evening with the Sinclair family in the fall colors at Hudson Gardens Event Center. We captured sweet tender moments with mom and rowdy play with dad. A rare moment with just mom and dad keep them remembering what it was like before the kids came along. Wrapped it up sweet with the shots of the whole family that just accentuate just how little these kiddos are right now, and realize we can’t bottle them up that way (sad face). There were tears at the viewing session. I think we captured the spirit of this family in their “today”.
