Burba Family
We, as parents, know that when the whole family is invited home it’s really all about the grandkids.  Yeah, our parents will allow us to get in a picture or two, but the instructions to the photographer are always “I really want to focus on us with the grandkids.”  Yeah, we get it.  And I love how the grandkids played right along with one of my favorite families ever.  I love you guys.  Your heart, your soul, your laughter and banter.  I love being around you, with you, because I’m just so dog-gone blessed by you!
Britt & Lane
So excited to welcome my new baby twin cousins…..third cousins I think…..kids of my cousins, right?  Our family is exploding exponentially so it’s hard to keep track of the formal ranking.  Britt & Lane, big and healthy boys.  I just can’t wait to see what kind of trouble the two of you find to get into with that firecracker sister of yours.  Congrats big sister Hannah!
Baby Riggin
Well hello there early bird!  Oh precious one, you gave us a bit of a scare. So thankful God made you a strong feisty one!  It’s fun to see how your Mama and Daddy fuss over your details, his rugged huntingness and her frills and nail polish.  What a perfect addition you are to the family.  Welcome baby Riggin!
Rockabilly GIrls
They’re always up to something creative.  I had a lot of fun with these gals in a themed Rockabilly shoot.  They just wanted to make a pin-up calendar for their husbands.  Cute. (Smiles).  One hubby (my cousin) actually showed up to watch….I think he was enjoying that just as much as he’s gonna enjoy the end product.  You’re beautiful ladies!  You show it well!
Jade & Shawn.
Oh my goodness, I love these two.  Well, I love watching these two just love being together.  They’ve got an incredible story that I’d have to let them share sometime, but its a beautiful example of grace, and hope.  It gives me great joy to be a part of their engagement and wedding plans.  We scheduled our engagement shoot to see how we all worked together before plunging into a big ole wedding contract.  I want to make sure they love what I can capture, and I want to make sure I love tromping all around their love story.  Well, I can only take credit for part of what was captured here because what was on the other side of my lens was just stunning.  They naturally and authentically dig each other.  Sure, I think I put Shawn in some awkward positions (I think I even caused a slightly embarrassing rip in some pants, lol)…but dang they looked good!  Jade and Shawn, thank you for sharing your beautiful love story with me!
Winegar Family.
I’ve enjoyed capturing Erin’s more sophisticated and somber side in themed shoots I’ve done for my cousin’s engineering firm.  So it was fun for me to see the more family mom side of her, the one that just couldn’t get the sassy sophisticated side to show with an audience of hubby and kids watching!  A beautiful team they’ve pulled together there, with lots of spunk in those two younger twins.  Big brother definitely has his part in keeping them in line, all fun to watch from afar.  It warms my heart to see the casual squishing love ooze out.  You’re precious!
Laura.
Laura has ice blue eyes that wow me every time I look at her.  Her series poses are striking.  But that’s not her personality at all, because just look when she turns on that smile!  YES!  And it was a lot of fun watching Laura and her bestie, Erin, turn on the giggles and laughter (and not be able to turn it off) once they got going.  The thunder cleared and gave way to some beautiful light for you beauties.  God is good!  All the best to you in this amazing milestone year.  May you follow His lead in all life’s journeys ahead!
Baby Martin.
Oh sweet baby Martin, welcome to our world. I can’t wait for you to see all that your Daddy is going to show you here!  He is the proudest man around.  Mama has her gentle hand on you and will help nurture you along the way, but I can tell your daddy is a swooper upper and has got some adventures planned for you!  Welcome little man.
The Warrens.
They’ve got a cute kid.  And they know it.  Problem is, how do I keep up with him?  It’s called the “Toddler Hustle,” the dance photographers do to keep up with those between 1 and 3, trying any trick, song, sound, or sweet.  Finally resorted to the big dandy lollipop for the big finale.  I think we can all agree….with him on your wall it’s all pretty sweet!
Miranda.
She’s beautiful, confident, and this girl loves her truck.  I’ve watched Miranda grow up from middle school into this amazing woman, ready to tackle challenges ahead.  I’m so proud of her.  I have really enjoyed getting to know her and spend time with her in such an intimate setting, I mean, senior photos really gets kind of personal when you’re looking to capture all of the favorites that help shape one’s personality.  And she’s just one good gal.  Cowgirl up.
